This is a guy post for tower #1, showing the equalizer plate, and forward strut going to ground. The strut was put in after the fact. The post is 5" sch 40 pipe, and the strut is 2 1/2" pipe. Notice the stainless 1 1/2" guy straps to split the guys leading to a star guy. Another strap assembly was added for the second star guy. The white coating system is polyurethane primer and white Dupont Imron paint. The guy post top paint has been on for more than 10 years, it covers the welds on the top plate and weldment tang.
