This is the 24 position patch panel at K7ZSD. It's constructed on an 1/8" piece of 13"x 24" copper plate. The 1" holes were cut with a standard chassis punch. Also shown to the right is a 4 position panel for each of 4 stations. All connectors are 7/16" DIN. The panels are at waist height in the garage and connected to the towers through five 3" conduits coming through the floor. A through the floor ground system connects directly to the panels.
